I find what’s costing your site visitors, then fix it with you

Most owners know something is off but not where. I start by finding it.

What the free check sends back
  1. What Google sees when it looks at your site
  2. What’s costing you visitors or enquiries
  3. What to fix first, in plain words

How it works

Step 1 · Free

A site check

You send me your site. I look at it from the outside, the way Google and a new visitor would, and email you what I find. I take 1 to 3 sites a week.

Step 2

You decide what happens next

The fix list is yours to keep. Some people work through it themselves or hand it to their developer. If you want me to do the work, we agree the scope for a one-off project or a retainer.

Step 3

The work

One project at a time, so you are not in a queue behind other clients. One call a week, about an hour, on Saturday or Sunday at a time that suits your time zone.

A project ends with a summary of what I built, what I measured and what to do next. A retainer keeps the weekly call and adds a monthly report of what changed and why.

What I work on

SEO

Technical fixes, content people search for, structured data and tracking. See the SEO service →

Email and lifecycle

Onboarding, lead generation, education, renewal and post-cancellation flows, plus sales campaigns. See the email service →

Landing pages and CRO

Pages written around where visitors come from, with tracking to see if they work. See the landing page service →

Analytics and tracking

GA4 and Tag Manager, so you can see what changed.

One person to brief, instead of three. Where a checklist is not enough, I build the tool. See the UTM builder and the schema plugin.

Price and timing

Every project is different, so I give you a price after I have looked at your site, not before. It depends on the role I take, how long it runs and the scope.

You get a price and a date together, so you know both before we start. Search results take longer than page or tracking changes, and I tell you what to expect for each.

What I don’t do

Paid ads

I work on organic channels: search, content, email and your own site.

Platforms I’m weaker on

WordPress is where I am strongest, so it is where I work fastest. I can work on other platforms, and I will say up front if one is outside what I do well.
